Delete your data
Your data is yours to delete.
RiderLens has no accounts — your library lives on your device, so deletion is in your hands and takes effect immediately.
Delete a single record
Open the record and tap Delete. This removes the record's files from your device, including the copied source video. Originals you filmed with your camera app stay safely in your Photos/Gallery.
Delete everything
Uninstalling RiderLens removes the entire library, your rider profile, and all app data from the device.
What about our servers?
Clips and selected processing frames are uploaded only while a record is being processed and expire automatically shortly afterwards — there is no server-side copy of your library to delete. Crash reports (technical data only, never footage) are retained by Sentry for a limited period.
Request deletion from our services
Email hello@riderlens.app with the subject “RiderLens data deletion”. If available, include:
- Your RevenueCat Support ID, which you can copy from RiderLens Settings.
- Any RiderLens share link that you want removed.
- Your platform (iOS or Android) and the approximate date of the activity.
We will delete identifiable subscription records we control through RevenueCat and any hosted share links you provide. Temporary processing uploads expire automatically. Aggregated or de-identified analytics may remain, and Apple, Google, Meta, Sentry, and Anthropic may retain records that RiderLens cannot identify or must keep under their own legal obligations and retention policies. Payment records held by Apple or Google must be managed with the relevant store.
