Subscriptions and billing
RiderLens Pro is billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds, payment methods, and cancellation are managed in your store account settings — Apple and Google handle those directly. If Pro isn't unlocking after a purchase, use "Restore Purchases" in the app's settings, then contact us if it still doesn't appear.
A record won't process?
Processing needs an internet connection. Records queue automatically and retry when you're back in range — pull down on the library to retry immediately. If a specific clip repeatedly fails, email it to us and we'll investigate.
